Refund and/or Return Policy
Mayberry Naturopathy's professional service office fees are non-refundable, as in any health care service field.

Please note that all supplements, natural medicines, products, etc. available for purchase in our building are exclusively owned by Back to Wellness Clinic. The return policy includes that items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in an unopened state.

All the practitioners in the office provide general testing services such as saliva hormone testing, hair tissue mineral analysis and Nutrition Response Testing (muscle testing); all of which are non-invasive.

Legal Info: The state of GA does not require naturopaths to carry state licensure. This non-regulatory status provides naturopaths the benefit of operating within their degreed, non-pharmaceutical field and scope of practice. Our providers hold board certification by boards in our field as well as many other certificates that speak to proper credentialing. The practice of Traditional Naturopathy is not considered the practice of medicine and is currently legal in all 50 states, except South Carolina and Tennessee.* The practice of Traditional Naturopathy is recognized as a common occupation at the Federal level (U.S. Congress 1928, 1929, 1930 and 30 Federal Court rulings between 1958 and 1978) and as such it is a profession protected under the 14th and 9th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.

First Time Adult Visit- $115-$180
Adult Follow Up Visit- $60-$75
Adult Extended Patient Visit (if not seen in a year) $80
Child Extended Patient Visit (if not seen in a year) $70
First Time Child Visit (under 12) - $90
Child Follow up Visit (under 12)- $50
