up to 2 visits per month with select Mayberry Practitioners
visits apply to established clients/patients or an established family member, interchangeably
$50 monthly charge for 12 months (saves up to $45 per visit based on current regular fees)

Fine Print:

-membership plan kicks in after your first initial visit with a select practitioner

-month to month $50 fee with automatic charge required

-unused visits do not roll to the next month

-membership fee does not cover lab work fees or protocol healthcare products

-visit cancelations or 'no-shows' still count to the monthly visit. Don't miss!

-membership fees are non-refundable, no exceptions
